Taking the leap from camping as an individual, compared to camping as parent, can seem daunting. Taking your family winter camping can seem impossible. This clinic is designed to provide a low stakes opportunity to get your family outside and learn the craft of staying warm in winter. Spend two nights at the Lone Duck Group Site, which during winter; has a warming shelter, picnic tables and pit toilets. Not far away is the Loon Lagoon which has warm showers, swimming pool, hot tubs and a sauna. After a day outside in the snow it's easy to warm up before a fun dinner experience and bed time in a tent or snow shelter.

Included in the trip is multiple pre-trip planning sessions, guidance on meal planning and packing, trail permits & a knowledgeable guide and outdoor educator. No experience is required! No limits on age.
